At Asar Beauty Products (Pvt.) Limited, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in providing high-quality beauty and skincare products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and fair return and exchange policy.


2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened beauty products (such as creams, serums, soaps, or shampoos) cannot be returned or exchanged.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support via WhatsApp at 0340-2511115 or email at info@asarbeauty.pk within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, a photo of the product, and the reason for return.
  3. Once approved, you will be guided through the return process.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

  • You may choose another product of equal or greater value (by paying the difference).
  • Exchange shipping costs may apply depending on the situation.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Soaps and cleansers after unsealing
  • Items purchased on sale or promotion
