At Asar Beauty Products (Pvt.) Limited, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in providing high-quality beauty and skincare products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and fair return and exchange policy.
2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened beauty products (such as creams, serums, soaps, or shampoos) cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, a photo of the product, and the reason for return.
- Once approved, you will be guided through the return process.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:
- You may choose another product of equal or greater value (by paying the difference).
- Exchange shipping costs may apply depending on the situation.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Soaps and cleansers after unsealing
- Items purchased on sale or promotion
